Ingredients:

Lemon Basil Dressing:

– 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
– 1 clove minced garlic
– Salt and pepper to taste

Honey Mustard Dressing:

– Dijon 2 tablespoons mustard
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Ginger Soy Dressing:

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– grated 1 teaspoon ginger
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1/4 cup sesame oil
– Salt and pepper to taste

Avocado and Lemon Dressing:

– 1 ripe avocado
– 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– 1 clove minced garlic
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– Salt

Mint Yogurt Dressing:

– 1 cup natural yogurt
– 2 tablespoons fresh mint
– 2 tablespoons lemon juice
– Minced garlic 1 piece
– Salt and pepper as needed

How to make:

1. Add all the dressing ingredients of your choice to a small container and mix well.
2. Taste and adjust to your liking. Add salt, pepper and lemon if desired.
3. Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to blend the flavors properly before serving.
