Gratin de Crevettes
Ingredients:
300 g peeled shrimp
200 g scallops
1 small cauliflower
200 ml cream
100 g grated cheese (Gruyere or Emmental)
2 cloves garlic Chopped.
Season with salt and pepper
Bread crumbs for sprinkling (optional)

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly butter a baking dish.
Steam cauliflower until tender but still crisp. Drain the water and place it in the bottom of a baking dish.
In a frying pan, fry shrimp and scallops with minced garlic until lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Arrange the seafood on top of the cauliflower in a baking dish.
Mix half of the cream and grated cheese in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the seafood and cauliflower.
Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top of the gratin. If you like, add bread crumbs to give it a crispy texture.
Place the gratin in the oven and cook until golden brown and the sauce is slightly bubbling, about 20 to 25 minutes.
