Crispy Hashbrown and Sausage Bites
Ingredients:
250g soft cream cheese
4 cups frozen grated hash browns (thawed)
1 pound ground breakfast sausage (cooked and drained)
1 1/2 cups Bisquick
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Crispy Hashbrown and Sausage Bites
Directions:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Prepare the mixture: Place the cooked breakfast sausage, softened cream cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, thawed hash browns, and Bisquick in a large mixing bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
Make the bites: Using a spatula or your hands, form the mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and place evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the bites are golden brown and cooked through. Serving Instructions: Allow to cool slightly before serving. Perfect for breakfast or a snack. Serve with crispy hash browns or sausage.
