Ingredients:

12 lasagna sheets
2
cups grated mozzarella cheese
1/2
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1
pound ground beef
1
small onion, minced
2
cloves garlic, minced
1
1/2 cups marinara sauce
1/4
cup tomato paste
1/2
cup ricotta cheese
1
teaspoon dried oregano
1
teaspoon dried basil
Salt
and pepper to taste
Fresh
parsley for garnish

Cheese Bolognese Roll-Ups

Directions:

Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Prepare lasagna sheets: Cook lasagna sheets according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the ground beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned. Drain off excess fat.
Prepare
the Bolognese sauce: Stir in marinara sauce, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Assemble
the rolls: Spread a thin layer of Bolognese sauce on top of each lasagna plate. Add a generous dollop of ricotta cheese and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Roll each noodle tightly.
Baking:
Place rolls seam side down in a greased baking dish. Pour remaining Bolognese sauce over rolls and sprinkle with Parmesan and remaining mozzarella. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Serving Instructions: Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious Cheesy Bolognese Roll Ups.
