Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the Steak and Shrimp:
  • In a bowl, toss the steak strips with 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Repeat in a separate bowl with the shrimp.
3. Cook the Steak and Shrimp:
  • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook for about 1-2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove the shrimp and set aside with the steak.
4. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
  • In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let the sauce simmer for 2-3 minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.
  • Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy. Add salt, pepper, and 1 tsp Cajun seasoning if you want extra spice. Simmer until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
5. Combine and Serve:
  • Add the cooked pasta to the Alfredo sauce, tossing to coat the noodles evenly.
  • Add the steak and shrimp back into the skillet, mixing them with the pasta and sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

This Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta is creamy, spicy, and absolutely satisfying—a perfect meal for pasta lovers. Enjoy!
