Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cubed
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup ice water
For Assembly:
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish, optional)
