2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Directions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, pepper, salt, and onion powder. , garlic, and Worcestershire sauce and mix.
Form into a thick flat cake.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Fry the patty and onion in oil until the patty turns a nice brown color.
Place the beef patty on a plate to keep warm.
