Ingredients

  • 6–8 slices of prosciutto or ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Topping:

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds or Italian seasoning (optional)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (for sprinkling)
