Ingredients

For the Lemon Curd:
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cubed
For the Cream Layers:
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For Assembly:
  • 1½ cups lemonade or limoncello (for soaking)
  • 1 package ladyfinger biscuits
  • Lemon zest and cocoa powder (for garnish)
