  • 3 cups cooked and chilled rice (preferably day-old)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
