  • ½ cup (120g) creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • ½ cup (100g) brown sugar, packed
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240ml) buttermilk
  • ¾ cup (90g) chopped walnuts
For the Peanut Butter Glaze:
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup (60g) creamy peanut butter
  • 2–3 tbsp milk or heavy cream (adjust for consistency)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
For Garnish:
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • Chocolate chips or chocolate dollops (optional)
