Ingredients:

– 8 ounces pasta (we recommend rotini or fusilli)
– 1/2 cup ranch dressing
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– cooked bacon, chopped 1 /2 cup
– 1/2 cups (sliced) pepperoni
– 1/2 cup (half) cherry tomatoes
– 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
– 1/4 cup black olives, sliced ​​
– Grated cheddar 1/4 cup cheese
– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation:

1. Cook pasta al dente according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
2. Combine ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and black pepper in a large bowl.
3. Add cooled pasta to bowl with bacon, pepperoni, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and cheddar cheese.
4. Mix all ingredients until well coated with dressing mixture.
5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
