Ingredients:

1 pound Italian sausage
1 can (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375° ° Preheat. Fahrenheit (190℃). Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and set aside.
In a frying pan, fry ground Italian sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Excrete excess fat.
Add tomato sauce and Italian spices and mix. Simmer for a few minutes to let the flavors meld.
Roll out the crescent-shaped dough and press it into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a dough.
Spread the sausage and tomato sauce mixture evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crescent-shaped dough is golden brown.
When ready, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
