Steak & Shrimp Stir-Fry Noodles

Ingredients:

– skirt steak or hanger steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 1/2 pound shrimp, tails removed and deveined
– 1/2 cup onion, chopped
– 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
– 1/2 cups matchstick carrots
– 3-4 green onions, cut into 5cm pieces
– 1-2 bok choy leaves, white separated and chopped

Preparation:

1. In a large frying pan or wok. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and heat. Medium to high heat.
2. Add the steak pieces and fry until almost cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Add shrimp, onions, peppers, and carrots. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
4. Add the green onions and bok choy and cook for another minute.
5. Finally, add the bok choy and stir-fry until tender. Enjoy with boiled pasta or rice, depending on your preference.
