Ingredients:

– 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced ​​
– 2 crowns of broccoli, cut into florets
– 1 cup grated carrots
– 1 small onion /2 pieces, thinly sliced ​​
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 tablespoon minced ginger
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon sesame oil
– Salt

Methods:

1. Add olive oil to a large frying pan or wok and heat over medium heat.
2. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger to the pot and sauté for about 2 minutes until the onions are translucent.
3. Increase the heat to high and add the chicken to the pot. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until the chicken is almost cooked through.
4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and fry for another 2-3 minutes until the shrimp turn pink.
5. Add the broccoli and grated carrots and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
6. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl. Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir until evenly coated.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Please enjoy warm.
