Ingredients:

7 eggs
Sugar 125 g
Flour 150 g
Cold water 75 g
Baking powder 10 g
Starch 10 g
Food grade Vaseline (Ovalex) 40 g

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 °F) Grease a 38x30cm baking tray.
Add eggs and sugar to a bowl and mix until fluffy.
Sift the flour, baking powder, and starch and carefully fold into the egg mixture.
Gradually add the cold water and continue stirring until everything is well mixed.
Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool completely on the tray.

Cream:

In a separate bowl, mix cottage cheese, sugar, condensed milk, and cream until smooth and well combined.
Spread an even layer of cream mixture over the cooled cake on the baking tray.

Assembly:

Grate the white chocolate and sprinkle liberally over the cream layer.
Next, sprinkle the coconut flakes evenly over the white chocolate layer.
Carefully place the second cake layer on top of the coconut flakes.
Repeat layers of cream, white chocolate, and coconut flakes for second cake layer.
Refrigerate cake for at least 4 hours or until firm, then cut and serve.
