Ingredients:

– 8 ounces fettuccine noodles
– 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/2 pound steak, thinly sliced ​​
– 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided
– tablespoons olive oil 2 (divided)
– 1 tablespoon butter
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish, chopped

Methods

1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions, drain and set aside.
2. Add 1 tablespoon each of Cajun seasoning to the shrimp and steak slices.
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and fry the steak slices until browned, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove steak and set aside.
5. Reduce heat to medium and add butter to skillet. Add onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 2 minutes.
6. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil. Stir until Parmesan cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Return the cooked shrimp and steak to the pot. Add the cooked pasta and stir until everything is coated with Alfredo sauce.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
