Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls
Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Creamy Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked, shredded chicken breast, Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Lay out a cooked lasagna noodle on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Alfredo mixture onto each noodle and spread it evenly.
Roll up each noodle tightly and place them seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
Once all the lasagna rolls are in the dish, sprinkle additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown.
Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
