Chicken Wings with Lasagna

Ingredients:

 For the chicken wings:

– 2 pounds of chicken wings
– 1 cup flour
– 2 teaspoons garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Oil for frying

For the lasagna:

– 9 lasagna – Pasta
– 1 pound ground beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 3 cups marinara sauce
– 15 ounces ricotta
– 1 egg
– 2 cups shredded mozzarella
– 1 cup grated Parmesan
– 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
– Season with salt and pepper

Preparation:

1. Chicken Wings:

1. Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Dust the chicken wings with flour.
3. Heat the oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 190°C.
4. Fry the wings, in batches, until golden brown and crispy, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

2. Lasagna:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions and drain.
3. Fry the minced meat and onions in a frying pan until browned. drain. Stir in marinara sauce.
4. In a bowl, combine ricotta, eggs, half of the mozzarella, half of the Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
5. Lay them out in a baking dish. Layer first the meat sauce, then the pasta and ricotta mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
