Broiled Lobster&Lemon Butter
Ingredients:
– 4 fresh lobster tails
– 1/4 cup melted butter
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lemon wedges and fresh parsley, for garnish
Broiled Lobster&Lemon Butter
Directions:
1. Preheat your broiler and position a rack about 8 inches from the heat source.
2. Use kitchen shears to split the lobster tails down the middle. Open the shell slightly and lift the tail meat partially through the shell.
3. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the lobster tails with the butter mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Broil the lobster tails for about 10-12 minutes or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned.
6. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
