Meat and Potato Casserole
Ingredients (serves 8)
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon dried rosemary 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 chopped onion
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
Can of cream of mushroom soup 1 can
5 potatoes, peeled, sliced
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

How to make meat and potato casserole
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 13 baking dish well. Masu.
Cook the meat and onions on the stove over medium heat until the onions are soft and the meat is browned. Excrete excess fat.
Combine whipped cream, soup, rosemary, garlic powder, cream of mushroom soup, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir to combine.
Place half of the potatoes in the bottom of the baking dish.
Top with 1/3 of the soup mixture and 1/2 of the meat mixture.
Repeat with another layer of potatoes, 1/3 of the soup, and remaining meat mixture.
Add remaining soup mixture and grated cheese on top.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
