Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Ingredients:
3 pounds (85% lean) ground beef 15 tons
1 pound country style sausage
2 eggs
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup ketchup
1 1/2 Morton’s Nature Seasoning 1 1/2 2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup cheddar cheese (diced)
2 bacon slices (for bread) )
Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except bacon until well combined. He arranges 4,444 bacon slices into two loaf pans.
He evenly distributes the meat mixture into his two bread molds and makes bread from them. Bake in the preheated oven for 90 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and immediately place it on a cutting board.
