Ingredients:

  • 1 pound egg noodles
    1 pound cooked Swedish meatballs
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup beef broth
    1 onion, minced 2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons butter
    Salt and pepper, for garnish
    Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. To 190°C (375°F).
Cook the pasta: Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the onion and garlic: Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic and sauté until the meatballs are cooked through. Add the pre-cooked Swedish meatballs to the pan and heat through.
Prepare creamy sauce. Combine cream of mushroom soup, heavy cream, and beef broth in a saucepan. Stir until the sauce is well combined.
Mix pasta and meatballs: Mix meatball mixture with cooked pasta and pour mixture into baking dish.
Add the cheese: Spread the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on the plate.
Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
