Barbequed Beef Ribs
Ingredients:
- 4 pounds beef ribs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ -Sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Barbequed Beef Ribs
Preparation:
1. In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion. Add and mix. powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
2. Rub the beef ribs all over with the spice mixture. For best results, let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight.
3. Preheat the grill to medium heat or, if cooking indoors, set the oven to 275°F (135°C).
4. In a separate bowl, combine barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.
5. Place the ribs on the grill or in the oven. To grill, cook for about 1.5 to 2 hours, turning occasionally and seasoning with BBQ sauce mixture every 30 minutes. Cover with foil and bake for 3 to 4 hours, brushing with sauce mixture every hour.
6. After cooking, let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
