Big Mac French Toast
Ingredients;
– 1 pound ground beef
– 4 slices of thick-sliced bread
– 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
– 2 slices of American cheese
– 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 2 large eggs
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1 tablespoon ketchup
– 1 teaspoon mustard
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Optional garnishes: pickles, additional ketchup, mustard
Big Mac French Toast
Preparation:
1. Ground meat in skillet. Fry over medium heat until brown. Remove excess fat and season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
2. Combine eggs, milk, ketchup, and mustard in a bowl.
3. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and melt the butter.
4. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, making sure both sides are coated.
5. Toast the bread slices in a frying pan until golden brown on both sides and set aside.
6. To assemble, place toasted bread slices on a plate and sprinkle with sliced cheese, half of the cooked beef, and crumbled bacon on top. Place another piece of bread on top and repeat the layers.
7. Serve warm with optional garnishes such as pickles, ketchup, or mustard, if desired.
