Ingredients:

For the Sponge Cake:

  • 5 large eggs
  • 125g all-purpose flour
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

For the Kinder Bueno Buttercream:

  • 150g Kinder Bueno bars (about 4 bars), chopped
  • 200g unsalted butter, softened
  • 200g powdered sugar
  • 100g milk chocolate, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate Ganache:

  • 200g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 100ml heavy cream

For Decoration:

  • 2-3 Kinder Bueno bars, cut into pieces
  • Icing sugar, for dusting
