Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta
Ingredients
– 8 oz fettuccine pasta
– 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1/2 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
– 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped parsley for garnish
Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta
Directions:
1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
2. Season shrimp and steak with Cajun seasoning.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak slices and cook until browned; remove and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add shrimp and cook until pink. Remove and set aside with steak.
5. Lower heat to medium, add garlic to the skillet, and sauté until fragrant.
6. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce thickens.
7. Return cooked steak and shrimp to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce.
8. Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet, tossing to combine with the sauce, shrimp, and steak.
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
