Instructions:

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook fettuccine until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain the rest. Set aside.
  2. Season and Cook the Steak:
    • Season the steak slices with 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    • Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  3. Season and Cook the Shrimp:
    • In the same skillet, add another 1 tbsp olive oil.
    • Season shrimp with the remaining Cajun seasoning.
    • Cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside with the steak.
  4. Make the Alfredo Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
    • Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
    • Slowly add the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
    • Bring to a gentle simmer and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
    • Add Cajun seasoning, and adjust salt and pepper to taste. Thin the sauce with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Combine and Serve:
    • Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well-coated.
    • Top with the cooked steak and shrimp.
    • Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
