Caramel Coffee Fudge
Ingredients:
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel sauce
2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Caramel Coffee Fudge
Directions:
1. Prepare a baking tray. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking tray with baking paper, leaving a small overhang so the paper can be easily removed.
2. Melt the chocolate. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir until melted and smooth. 3. Mix flavors: Add caramel sauce, instant coffee granules, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the melted chocolate. Stir until everything is well combined.
4. Pour and cool: Pour mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Refrigerate for approximately 2-3 hours or until the fudge is set.
