Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and set aside.
In a large pot over medium heat, fry the ground beef for about 5 to 7 minutes until browned and cooked through, discarding excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot with the ground beef. Sauté until onion is translucent and garlic is fragrant, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in concentrated cream of mushroom soup, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
Remove pot from heat and stir in 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese.
Pour beef mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Arrange the frozen fries in a single layer on top of the beef mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and crisp.
Remove the stew from the oven and sprinkle the remaining 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
