Cheesy Chicken Rigatoni
Instructions:

Cook the Pasta:
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Chicken:
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce:
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and marinara sauce, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add Italian seasoning, and season with more salt and pepper if needed.

Combine and Add Cheese:
- Add the cooked rigatoni and chicken to the skillet with the sauce, stirring to coat everything well.
- Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella and 1/4 cup Parmesan, mixing until melted and creamy.

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the pasta to a baking dish, sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
