Instructions:

  1. Prepare Filling:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach-chicken mixture with ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  2. Assemble Rolls:
    • Lay out the pasta sheets and spread an even layer of the filling over each sheet.
    • Roll each sheet tightly and place in a greased baking dish, seam-side down.
  3. Add Cheese and Bake:
    • Top each roll with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
    • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
  4. Serve:
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
