Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage
Ingredients:
– 2 pounds baby potatoes, cut in half
– 1 pound sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup ranch dressing
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1/4 cup green onions, chopped for garnish
Cheesy Ranch Potatoes and Sausage
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Masu.
2. In a large bowl, toss the baby potato halves with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
4. While the potatoes are baking, fry the sausage slices in a saucepan over medium heat until cooked through.
5. Remove the potatoes from the oven and place the cooked sausage slices and grated cheddar cheese on top.
6. Pour the ranch dressing evenly over the top.
7. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
