Cherry Cream Lavash Roll
Ingredients:
Sour cream 600 ml (30 t)
Boiled condensed milk 370 grams
Lavash 2 packs (4 pieces)
Fresh or frozen cherries 500 grams

Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and boiled condensed milk. . milk. Mix well until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
If desired, pit the cherries and cut them into small pieces.
Place a sheet of lavash on a clean work surface.
Spread a layer of sour cream and condensed milk mixture evenly over the lavash.
Sprinkle the chopped cherries liberally over the cream mixture.
Carefully roll the lavash from one end into a tight cylinder.
Repeat process with remaining lavash sheets and stuffing material.
Place the rolled flatbread in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to cool and firm up.
Once cooled, cut the roll into individual pieces and serve.
