Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.

    • In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tbsp of butter.

    • Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
    • Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Combine and Serve:
    • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning some sauce over them.
    • Let the chicken warm through for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve:
