Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Prepare the Dry Ingredients:
    • In a separate bowl, combine the oats, flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
