Ingredients:

For the biscuits:

– 5 eggs
– Flour 200 g
– Sugar 250 g (200 g + 50 g)
– Vegetable oil 120 g
– Water 100 ml
– Cocoa 30 g
– Baking powder 4G
– 1/2 teaspoon soda 2 teaspoons soda
– 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the cream:

– Farmer’s cheese 500 g
– 1 can condensed milk (380 g)
– Plums 200 g
– Butter 200 g
– Walnuts 120 g

For the impregnating syrup:

4 – 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/2 cup water

Prepare:

Prepare the cookies:

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°C). °F), grease a 21 cm diameter cake tin.
3. In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs and 200 g of sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Gradually add vegetable oil and water, stirring constantly.
5. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Leave until completely cool.

Prepare the cream:

9. Combine farmer’s cheese and condensed milk in a bowl and mix until smooth.
10. Remove the core of the plum and cut it into small pieces.
11. In a separate bowl, mix the butter and 50 g of sugar until fluffy. Gradually add farmer’s cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
12. Mix in the chopped plums and walnuts until evenly mixed.

Prepare syrup for impregnation.
14. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Place over medium heat and stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from the stove and let cool.
