Classic Pepper Steak with Pasta
Ingredients:
– 1 pound sirloin steak, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 bell peppers, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 1 cup beef broth
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon water
– Season with salt and pepper
– 8 ounces pasta, cooked al dente

Directions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. . Add the thinly sliced steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown, then remove the

2. Add remaining olive oil, bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the same pot. Stir-fry vegetables
until just tender.
3. In a small bowl, combine beef broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Pour this mixture into pan
along with the vegetables.
4. Return steak to pot. Stir well to combine
and bring the sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens.
5. Arrange the pepper steak on top of the boiled noodles.
