Classic Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:

– 2 ribeye steaks (approximately 1.5 inches thick)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
– Garlic (minced) 4 cloves
– Fresh rosemary (minced) ) 2 tablespoons
– 4 tablespoons butter, softened
– 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation:

1. Let the steak rest at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
2. Preheat the grill to high heat.
3. Brush each steak with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.
4. Grill the steak until slightly tender, about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
5. Make the herb butter by combining the minced garlic, rosemary, butter, and parsley in a small bowl.
6. Once the steaks are done, pour a generous amount of the herbed garlic butter over each steak.
7. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to distribute before serving.
