Crab Cakes Recipe
Ingredients:
– 1 pound crabmeat
– 1/4 cup bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup mayonnaise
– 1 egg
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
– 1/4tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp chopped parsley
– Olive oil for frying

Preparation:
1. In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, eggs, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce and mix gently. Masu. , Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley; mix well.
