Crack Chicken Lasagna
Ingredients:
Crack Chicken 1 serving – about 6 to 8 cups
10.5 oz can of chicken soup Cream
1 cup evaporated milk
9 Lasagna Noodles
Mozzarella cheese (grated) 2 1/2 cups
Cheddar 1 cup cheese, grated
1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
3 green onions, sliced
Crack Chicken Lasagna
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. After cooking, rinse with cold water and drain.
While the lasagna is cooking, combine cracked chicken, cream of chicken soup, and condensed milk in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix together the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.
In a 9×13 skillet lightly sprayed with cooking oil, layer ingredients in the following order: 1/4 cracked chicken mixture, 3/4 cup cheese, and 3 lasagna noodles. Repeat two more times and top with the remaining 1/4 of his cracked chicken. Spread remaining cheese on top and sprinkle with bacon and green onions.
Cover and cook at 350°F for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the pot comes out warm. Remove lid and cook for another 10 minutes until cheese is bubbling on the sides. Let stand for 10 minutes before eating.
