Creamy Cheesy Potatoes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Arrange potato slices evenly in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Pour the whipped cream over the potatoes, making sure to cover them completely.
Season generously with salt and pepper and sprinkle the parsley flakes evenly over the top.
Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes.
Remove the foil, sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the potatoes, and place in the oven, uncovered, for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the dish stand for a few minutes before serving so the sauce thickens a little.
