Ingredients

for the cake:

1 cup cocoa powder
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon baking powder

 for the icing:

200 grams Cream
1 piece of bar milk chocolate (300 grams)

For decoration

shaved chocolate, red almonds and crushed

Instructions:

First, put all the cake ingredients except the baking powder in a mixer and blend everything for about 2 minutes, often 3 minutes (or until a homogeneous batter forms) Mix. is formed).

Next, add baking powder and mix again.

Pour the batter into a greased cake tin and bake in the preheated oven (180°C/350°F) for approximately 30-35 minutes (or until golden brown).

To prepare the frosting:

Place all frosting ingredients in a saucepan over low heat and stir until it begins to boil.

Then continue stirring for 4-5 minutes and remove the cake from the oven.

Finally, pour the glaze over the cake and let it cool before serving.
