No Bake Creamy Raspberry Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Cup fresh raspberries
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
Additional raspberries for garnish

No Bake Creamy Raspberry Cheesecake

Directions:

1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Let rest in the refrigerator while you prepare the stuffing.
2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix well.
3. Carefully mix in the fresh raspberries.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk the cream until it forms stiff peaks. Stir whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
5. Pour the filling over the prepared base and smooth the top.
6. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
7. Garnish with additional raspberries, if desired, before serving.
8. Slice and enjoy delicious Raspberry Rare Cheesecake
