Creamy Shrimp Mozzarella Pasta
Ingredients:
4 ounces
fattusine or spaghettinoin
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Creamy Shrimp Mozzarella Pasta
Preparation:
Cook the pasta Cook al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set aside.
Add fresh cream to the same pot and bring to a boil.
Add mozzarella and Parmesan and stir until sauce is melted and creamy.
Return the shrimp to the pot and add the cooked pasta. Mix everything until the sauce is well combined.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired.
Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
