Crockpot Barbecue Ribs
Directions
First steps:
Seal with a ziplock. Put it in a bag and pour in the barbecue sauce.
Add brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper, if desired.
Second step:
Close the bag and knead by hand. Mix the sauce ingredients thoroughly.
Open the bag and add ribs.
Third step:
Close the bag and shake the bag to completely cover the ribs.
Spray on the inside of the clay pot.
Fourth step:
Open the bag and place the ribs in the pot. Pour 3/4 of the sauce from the
bag into the pot, making sure the ribs are covered with sauce.
Fifth step:
Cook on high for 4-5 hours so that the meat falls off the bone, then on low for 9 hours so that the meat falls off the bone.
If you want your meat to be very tender and still on the bone, cook it on low heat for 7 hours and the meat will fall off the bone.
Sixth step:
Place the sauce on the table so everyone can choose if they want more.
Enjoy!
