Ingredients:

– 2 pounds chicken breast
– 1 package taco seasoning
– 1 cup salsa
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1 bag tortilla chips
– 1/4 1 cup green onions, chopped
– 1/4 cup black olives, sliced ​​
– 1/4 cup jalapenos, sliced ​​(optional)
– 1 avocado, diced
– 1 tomato, diced

Preparation:

1. Place the chicken breasts in the Dutch oven.
2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken. Add salsa and chicken broth.
3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
4. Once the chicken is cooked, break it up with two forks and stir in the sour cream.
5. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
6. Spread tortilla chips on a baking tray, top with shredded chicken mixture, and sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
7. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
8. Before serving, garnish with green onions, black olives, jalapeños, avocado, and tomatoes.
