Ingredients:

– 4 eggs
– pinch of salt
– pinch of vanillin
– 1.5 tablespoons of sugar
– 300 ml of milk
– 150 g of flour
– 45 g of cocoa
– 100 ml of boiling water
– Dissolved water 4 5 g butter
– Vegetable oil (for grease)
– Pickled plums 100 g
– Cream cheese 5 tablespoons
– Boiled condensed milk 3 tablespoons
– Chocolate 85 g
– Cream (33-36%) 100 g
– Peanuts 60 g

Preparation:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, vanillin, and sugar until foamy.
2. Gradually add milk, flour, and cocoa and stir until smooth.
3. Pour in the boiling water and melted butter and stir until well mixed.
4. Heat a frying pan and apply a thin layer of salad oil.
5. Pour the batter into the frying pan, form pancakes, and fry until both sides are golden brown. Set aside to cool.
6. Meanwhile, pour boiling water over the umeboshi and let them soak for a few minutes. Drain and pat dry.
7. Combine cream cheese and boiling condensed milk in a bowl and mix until smooth.
8. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled pancakes.
9. Spread the soaked plums evenly over the cream cheese mixture.
10. Carefully roll the pancake into a roll.
11. Wrap the roll tightly in foil and store it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
12. Once cooled, prepare the chocolate ganache by heating the cream until hot but not boiling and pouring it over the chopped chocolate. Let stand for 1 minute and stir until smooth.
13. Remove the roll from the foil and pour the chocolate ganache over it, spreading it out evenly.
14. Sprinkle peanuts over the chocolate ganache.
15. Place the roll in the refrigerator to cure for 30 minutes.
16. Slice, serve and enjoy these incredibly delicious Christmas Chocolate Plum Rolls.
