Delicious Strawberry Swiss Roll
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs, separated
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon coffee baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup water
Powdered sugar, for dusting
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a swiss roll baking tray with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat the egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar until thickened and light. Stir in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a third bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form, then gradually add the remaining 1/4 cup sugar, continuing to beat until the egg whites are folded into the yolk mixture. Gradually add dry ingredients and water until reaching
. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Cook for 12 to 15 minutes or until the top springs back to the touch.
Immediately place the cake on a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar. Roll up the cake in a short towel and let cool completely.
Roll out the cake, spread whipped cream on top, and sprinkle sliced strawberries on top. Roll out the cake without using a towel.
Relax in the refrigerator before serving.
