Donut dough
Ingredients:
250 g flour
125 ml milk
2 eggs
50 g sugar
1 bag vanilla sugar
1/2 bag baking powder
1 salt Pinch
Deep frying oil
Donut dough
Instructions:
1. Add eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar to a salad bowl and whisk until pale.
2. Add milk and stir again.
3. Add the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt little by little and mix to avoid lumps.
4. Mix until a uniform, smooth paste forms.
5. Let the dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
6. Heat the oil for frying to 180℃ in a fryer or heavy-bottomed pot.
7. Using a tablespoon, add small mounds of dough to the hot oil.
8. Fry the donuts until golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
9. Drain the donuts on absorbent paper.
10. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot or cold.
